The Stockton vertical smoker offers over 4,300 square inches of cooking space in a compact design (62″L x 82″H x 36.5″W), accommodating 24+ racks of ribs or 16+ pork butts. It features eight adjustable two-foot square racks for versatile cooking. A unique variable damper between the firebox and chamber allows precise heat and smoke control, making it perfect for backyard grilling, competitions, or commercial use.
