With respect to both design and materials, we believe this to be the most advanced chalk bucket on the market. We took our classic Dipper design and retooled it with modern fabrics. We use our chalk buckets every day we go climbing. From harnesses to shoes, every other bit of kit has been thoroughly modernized, so why leave the trusty chalk bucket behind? Something to note - it will likely outlast you, so pick your color carefully! ;)

The Ultra Chalk Bucket is made out of Ultraweave 400TX. This is an Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene fabric. UHMWPE fibers are the lightest and strongest fibers commercially available, with a tensile strength 15x stronger than steel at the same weight. UHMWPE is created by a gel-spun extrusion process which draws out extremely long chains of polyethylene, aligned along a molecular backbone. This weave is blended with polyester and then laminated with an eco-friendly adhesive to a recycled polyester film, along with an "X" lattice for strength. The result is a textile that is incredibly strong, abrasion resistant, lightweight, and waterproof to 200 psi. The "TX" version means there is an additional layer of 70d ripstop to add structure and stitch holding strength.
